Returns & Exchanges Because of the nature of our service, when the product is completed our service has finished. We offer a service that provides a natural and organic display of photography. We use images that are supplied to us by you, the customer and will make every effort to make sure that you are aware of the final results as we go through the process and will try to meet and exceed your expectations. We understand that sometimes during shipping a product may be altered or destroyed and we will make every effort to replace that product to the best of our ability, even though it was through no fault of our own. Those are the only returns we will accept and we will only replace the product, we will not issue a refund for the product.
